Rattan Bar Stools for the Kitchen

Kitchen bar stools can be the cheapest way to add a theme to your kitchen and make it functional and practical for guests and family. The variety of rattan bar stools spans the globe and makes choosing a décor so much easier. Choose from classic French rattan stools to Polynesian tropical designs, select seat cushions in palm tree motifs or white cotton and lavender floral prints; choose high stools with backs and arms or ones that re simple and have the feeling of the fresh Provence country air.

Here are some rattan bar stools that you can choose from. All are affordable, available online and offer a wide variety of decorating options. These stools range from being authentic French rattan stools to Hawaiian kitchen bar stools that could just as easily be on a beach or pulled up to an open Tiki bar.

A Variety of Rattan Bar Stool Options

The Aloha Round Backless Counter Stool has a mahogany finish and a lovely little bamboo motif on padded fabric seat and costs about $112.
The Aloha Rattan Bar Stool is an upscale version of the basic barstool and has a rich antique finish and costs about $160. The next up is a very stylish Solstice rattan stool and cost a lot more at over $500.
There’s a model called the Bridgeport, which is part of a kitchen counter stool line that has a mahogany finish but is affordably priced at just under $180.

Mexico Tropical to African Serengeti

For a tropical Mexican beach theme, there’s the Cancun Palm Collection in all natural rattan with soft upholstered seats in a variety of heights for just under $230. For a hint of Africa try the gorgeous Serengeti Swivel Rattan Stool collection that comes in rustic sienna for juts over $175.

High Tech Wicker Rattan

For a blend of high-tech and vintage go with the Wicker Bar Chair that has UV stabilizers so the chairs will last and come with thick foam cushions. Made by Mackinac and cost over $600. Or try another high-end option like the All-Weather Wicker Swivel counter or barstools with arms. A good deal because a set of two cost about $700, so they’re cheaper than the Mackinac version.
